\u2018Hemp For Victory\u2019 is the Holy Grail of the modern hemp movement, kickstarted by the late, great, Jack Herer with his monumental book\u00a0The Emperor Wears No Clothes<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 1942 USDA film explained the long history of hemp as a natural resource and how essential it was to the war effort, \u00a0but by 1989 the film had vanished from the Library of Congress with the US Government had declaring that there was \u201cno such film\u201d.<\/p>\n

When Jack found a copy, what he saw was a very, VERY, different story than the current DEA party line that hemp and marijuana are nothing but deadly drugs that needed to be wiped off the face of the plant before corrupting the youth of America and destroying our nation.\u00a0Far from the \u201cSchedule 1 Drug\u201d* of today, hemp had been declared \u201cvital to our national security\u201d during WWII, just as it had been in the war of 1812 and all the other wars that relied on hemp based ropes and sails for the thousands of years of human history before foreign oil began powering our ships (and cars, and factories.)<\/p>\n

Decades after the film was rediscovered and Jack\u2019s book was published, our government still officially declares hemp to be nothing but a hippie pipe dream.\u00a0But today we have the internet\u00a0and the truth is available to everyone in the world, proving more than anything else that the dark ages of hemp prohibition are fading with the light of truth.<\/p>\n

Instead of continuing to bow down to oppressive Federal regulations and the DEA\u2019s expensive and inhuman War on Innocent Americans<\/del>\u00a0\u201cDrugs\u201d, we can now point to this incontrovertible and fact filled film to prove that their $30 billion a year war is based on nothing but racism, lies, and the DEA\u2019s self-serving desire to keep the people of America afraid and under their thumb by not allowing us to grow the one crop that could rebuild America\u2019s heartland from the ground up.<\/p>\n

The truth shall set us free.\u00a0We got to fight the powers that be.<\/p>\n

*For those in need of a good laugh (or cry), here is the DEA\u2019s definition of Schedule 1 Drugs:<\/p>\n

Schedule I drugs, substances, or chemicals are defined as drugs with no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse. Schedule I drugs are the most dangerous drugs of all the drug schedules with potentially severe psychological or physical dependence. Some examples of Schedule I drugs are:<\/p>\n

heroin, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), marijuana (cannabis), 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (ecstasy), methaqualone, and peyote<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cLess dangerous\u201d Schedule 2 Drugs include:<\/p>\n
